Democratic Schooling? The Sudbury Valley School Model
Sudbury Valley School is a democratic school founded in 1968 in the USA. Mike was one of the pioneers of Sudbury Valley School, having been involved in planning and founding the school. He was elected to the Board of Trustees, and later as an Officer and a Member of the Board of Advisors. Trained as an Electronic Engineer, he served in many prominent companies, and was Vice President of American Institutes for Research. Mike has now retired from his professional employment and has been enthusiastically engaged in the promotion of the Sudbury Valley model.
