We have been using various means, including funded projects, conferences, workshops as well as publications, to empower parents and teachers to become empathy farmers: to bring up children with empathy as much as we can, through understanding and respecting children's different needs, especially, psycho-emotional needs.

We believe that parents and teachers, together, can play a vital role in building a healthy education culture based on a willingness to understand our children, and frequently reflect and tune our way to interact with children, at home and at school.
