A one-day event where you can learn about educational choices that put children's needs first, inside and out of our school system. It is a celebration of children diversity, a reminder that people are different and their educational needs should be respected and catered to. It is also a milestone marking EDiversity's 5th anniversary since our maiden conference We Need Choices 2014, in which we showcased and inspired a number of education initiatives in our otherwise highly pressured, exam-driven education system.
EDiversity has been working towards bringing positive changes for our next generation through inspiring choices in education. We believe that once we truely believe in "respecting children and their diverse needs", and walk the talk, parents and teachers and educators and anyone in society will start to do the right thing, and put learning, and the growing of a whole person back on the top of our education agenda.
This event is really a time to immerse in rethinking education priorities, your values, and the strengthening of them.
You will be surrounded by people who dare to walk the talk and make a difference. You may find the courage that you need to make the right choice for your children, like this parent and many others had experienced at our previous conferences:
"As a mother of 2 children, you have opened up my horizon. I discovered that I am not alone. I am glad to know that there are so many reflective parents! We have to start from ourselves in the face of the seriously twisted education ecosystem. "
